3+ Sentences EachEvery answer needs at least three complete sentences and real detail. Thin answers are automatically flagged.
Take Your TimeApplications submitted too quickly are rejected. Set aside at least 20 minutes to do this properly.
Application expectations. We evaluate common sense, maturity, good judgment, communication skills, relevant experience, and your understanding of the responsibility involved. Answers should demonstrate these qualities ā not just fill space. Applications are reviewed by real people who can tell when answers are copied, templated, or generated. Providing original, thoughtful answers is the best way to stand out.
